We are dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and fun convention experience for everyone. We ask that you acknowledge and are respectful of everyone’s identities and backgrounds. By attending, you agree to follow this code.
Expected Behavior
- Be Respectful: Treat all attendees, Game Masters (GMs), vendors, and staff with kindness and basic courtesy.
- Share the Spotlight: Let other players speak at the table. Do not talk over or bully your fellow participants.
- Respect Boundaries: Honor player pronouns, personal space, and the decisions/authority of your GM.
- Care for the Space: Keep public areas clean, throw away your trash, and treat venue property with care. Wear your convention badge visibly at all times.
Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind.
- Disruptive behavior that ruins the game or event experience for others.
- Intoxication that creates an unsafe environment.
Reporting an Incident
If you experience or witness a violation, please let convention staff know immediately.
- Staff Contact: Look for staff wearing yellow badges or go directly to the Registration table.
- Emergency: For immediate physical danger, contact venue local emergency services.
- Consequences: Staff may issue a warning, ask the offender to leave the premises immediately without a refund, or involve local authorities
TTRPG Table Safety Rules
- Content Warnings: GMs must state the tone, aim, and clear content warnings for their game before starting.
- Safety Tools: Tables are encouraged to use lines/veils or an equivalent safety tool (like the X-Card or Pause/Stop cards). If a safety tool is used, the uncomfortable content must stop immediately.
- Keep it Clean: Avoid excessively vulgar, graphic, or sexual real-world themes unless an explicit adult table/event was mentioned in the game description.
